Emily Filomena - Co-Founder

Emily Filomena started her massage career early in New York City, developing a passion for healing touch. After working as a physical therapy technician, she graduated from two accredited massage therapy schools and became licensed in 2016. Her experience includes palliative care, clinical rehabilitation, and working with elite athletes. Emily specializes in manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. She co-owns 5D Remedies Therapeutic Massage with her partner Angelina Gutierrez, offering holistic bodywork and handcrafted salves and massage oils made from intentional, earth-based ingredients.
